
Manage all inquiries related to our products and services. Perform end-to-end lead management: generate, follow up, convert. Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress regularly. Educate and assist customers throughout the decision-making process. Provide support to OBGYNs, gatekeepers, and clients, including conducting product knowledge and program training. Handle hospital-related events, maternity talks, and presentations. Prepare and maintain accurate records, contracts, and customer documents. Coordinate closely with the Customer Support team and handle escalations when needed.
Ability to communicate in Hokkien is a must for this role. Diploma 3 or Bachelor's Degree (any major). Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply 2+ years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Medical Representative roles within the healthcare industry is preferred. Applicants with experience in healthcare insurance companies are also encouraged to apply. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to connect with both clients and medical professionals. Confident presenter, proactive communicator, and a natural relationship-builder. Comfortable working independently and in a target-driven environment. Ethical, reliable, and organized with a professional appearance. Willingness to work on weekends when required for events or client needs.. Valid driver’s license and access to own vehicle is a plus
