Identify, approach, evaluate, and appoint new distributors from scratch to expand market coverage. Develop onboarding plans and ensure new distributors are operationally ready (commercial alignment, SOP implementation, and target setting). Supervise and manage distributor performance to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Monitor sales pipeline, stock movement, sell-in/sell-out performance, and market execution across distributor networks. Coach, guide, and develop distributor sales teams to improve productivity and field execution. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, wholesalers, and channel partners. Coordinate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance) to ensure smooth operational execution. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence for management review.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in food seasoning, cooking ingredients, or consumer food products. Proven experience handling distributor networks and achieving sales targets consistently. A proven track record in developing distributor networks from scratch is highly preferred. Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Target-driven, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
