Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Handle incoming service desk calls and respond to queries via phone, email, voicemail, and other channels. Provide timely and professional IT support to users. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues. Manage and track incidents including desktop/laptop issues, LAN/WAN connectivity, and voice-related requests. Perform user account administration (activation, modification, termination). Ensure service requests are handled according to service level standards. Escalate complex issues to second-level support when required.

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan

Minimum Nitec in any discipline Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Microsoft Outlook, and mobile device support Good communication and interpersonal skills Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude Able to work 5.5 days/week (44 hours); off days may vary (weekday/weekend) Willing to learn – OJT provided
