Handle incoming service desk calls and respond to queries via phone, email, voicemail, and other channels. Provide timely and professional IT support to users. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues. Manage and track incidents including desktop/laptop issues, LAN/WAN connectivity, and voice-related requests. Perform user account administration (activation, modification, termination). Ensure service requests are handled according to service level standards. Escalate complex issues to second-level support when required.
