
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious regional sales targets Manage, coach and motivate a team of sales representatives to maximise their performance and deliver outstanding results Analyse sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and adapt sales plans accordingly Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors in the region Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations and other teams to drive integrated sales initiatives Monitor and report on sales activities, pipeline and performance metrics to senior management
Minimum 5 years' experience in a sales management or area sales role within the retail or consumer products industry Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating sales teams to exceed targets Excellent sales planning, forecasting and data analysis skills Strong business acumen and commercial awareness to make informed decisions Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship-building abilities Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English Willingness to travel extensively within the Central Java region
