
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, psychometric test administration, interviewing, hiring, and coordination) at the corporate level. Manage employer branding activities through social media and in-person events with universities and other stakeholders. Analyze and craft improvements for recruitment and employer branding initiatives based on historical data and report analysis.
Bachelor's degree in Psychology (Minimum GPA: 3.00). Open to candidates with 1–3 years of experience in corporate recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a holding company or the manufacturing/automotive industry. Familiar with general assessment concepts (psychometric testing, Behavioral Event Interviewing (BEI), etc.) in the selection process. Digital-savvy and data-driven mindset (proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite, and online recruitment platforms). Strong drive for creativity and innovation in developing employer branding activities.
