
Respond to and resolve incoming requests for technical support from users Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network-related issues Provide guidance and training to end-users on the use of various software applications and IT systems Maintain detailed records of all support activities and resolutions Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and improve existing systems Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or vendor for further investigation and resolution Ensure the company's IT infrastructure and assets are secure and well-maintained
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar IT support role Proven track record of providing excellent customer service and technical support Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve technical issues Hands-on experience with a variety of hardware, software, and networking technologies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with end-users Ability to work independently and as part of a team Formal qualification in Information Technology or a related field would be an advantage
