Deliver training, coaching, and performance feedback to build sales capability. Collaborate with Marketing and Aftersales to execute campaigns and deliver seamless customer journeys. Minimum 4 to 5 years’ experience in automotive sales, with at least 3 years in a management role. Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage, coach, and develop sales teams. Track record of exceeding team sales targets and improving lead conversion rates. Strong understanding of sales systems, digital sales channels, and pipeline discipline. Excellent communication, negotiation, and people-management skills. Passion for sustainable mobility and innovation. Valid UAE driver’s license
