IT Operation Staff
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Perform daily operations of technology systems to ensure they run securely, reliably, and efficiently. Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers and networking, to ensure smooth IT operations. Monitor and maintain hardware, software, and other supporting IT systems to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to systems, networks, servers, and security to minimize downtime. Handle user IT requests, issues, and incidents in accordance with company policies and procedures. Manage user accounts, system access rights, and perform regular data backups while ensuring data security and confidentiality. Manage supporting systems such as CCTV, IP PABX, and Access Control, ensure IT security compliance with ISO 27001 standards, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to optimize IT performance and security.
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Min. 1–3 years of experience in IT Support or IT Operations. Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting within a corporate operational environment. Experience in performing routine IT equipment maintenance, both preventive and corrective. Familiar with IT infrastructure management, including servers and networking systems. Experience supporting building systems such as CCTV, IP PABX, and Access Control is an advantage. Able to respond quickly to technical support requests and provide on-site support when required. Good documentation skills and able to prepare regular reports on support activities. Familiar with information security practices and ISO 27001 standards is preferred. Good communication skills, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team.
