Collaborate closely with kitchen and operations teams to ensure flawless execution of catering events. Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility. Monitor profitability, manage budgets, and ensure revenue growth targets are achieved.
Skills & Competencies: Proven ability to drive B2B and B2C sales and exceed annual revenue targets. Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills. Ability to manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closing. Solid understanding of the UAE catering and hospitality market. Strong commercial mindset with experience in proposal preparation and budget discussions. Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a significant advantage). Education & Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of sales experience within a high-end, large-scale catering or hospitality company in the UAE. Proven track record in B2B sales and business development. Established network of corporate and private clients across the UAE is highly desirable. Experience in event planning and budget management is a plus.
