- Identify and develop new potential customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients - Actively conduct customer hunting, sales activities, and relationship management - Prepare and calculate pricing and quotations for logistics and freight services - Handle and monitor shipments from quotation stage until payment is fully received - Conduct customer visits, presentations, negotiations, and regular follow-ups - Coordinate closely with overseas agents, customers, internal sales teams, shipping lines, airlines, and co-loaders to arrange shipments efficiently - Ensure buying and selling costs are well controlled to achieve profitable business results - Monitor shipment progress and resolve operational or commercial issues when required - Prepare monthly sales and performance reports
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1), all majors - Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales within logistics, freight forwarding, or related industries (preferred) - Excellent command of written and spoken English - Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel - Good understanding of export, import, forwarding procedures, and shipping documents - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Good analytical thinking, planning, and reporting abilities - Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team
