Responsible to handle Compensation & Benefit (BPJS, Insurance, etc) Responsible to handle Payroll Process Responsible to handle Personnel Administration (attendance) Communicates, distributes and implement regulations to employee
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field Minimum 3- 5 years of experience in a related field Utilize payroll software to prepare employee wages by the end of each months Directly distributing wages to workers or scheduling bank payments. Have the ability to process Taxes, especially PPH 21 Have knowledge related to BPJS TK & BPJS Kesehatan Good Analytical Thinking Have good communication skills
