Minimum of 3 years experience as a Key Account Manager within the beverages / FMCG industry handling Modern On Trade (MOT / Modern Market) / HORECA Deep understanding of the beverages/alcohol industry, including market dynamics, distribution channels, and regulatory environment Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts, including distributors, retailers, and strategic partners Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets and expand market share within assigned accounts Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, analyze data, and identify growth opportunities Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
