Manage and monitor physical & virtual servers supporting POS, inventory, SAP, and other business systems. Provide server and network support to ensure stable daily operations. Manage storage, backup, and disaster recovery systems; conduct DR testing annually. Implement security policies including patching, access control, firewall, and malware protection. Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and minimize system downtime. Plan server capacity and support infrastructure growth. Handle server deployment, migration, virtualization, and cloud environments. Maintain technical documentation and support ISO 9001:2015 implementation.
