
Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding new employees. Manage employee administration, including employment contracts, attendance, leave records, and employee personal data. Assist in payroll processing and administration of BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Maintain HR documents such as employment agreements, correspondence, and employee records. Support the implementation of employee training and development programs. Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations. Coordinate with other departments regarding manpower requirements. Prepare periodic HR reports.
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an HR Staff (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply if they have HR internship experience). Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR administration. Basic knowledge of labor laws and BPJS administration is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong communication and administrative skills. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently as well as in a team. Experience in outsourcing companies and IT companies will be highly preferred.
