Administer and record stock transactions (buy, sell, and corporate actions). Ensure completeness of supporting documents in compliance with applicable procedures and regulations. Manage stock transaction payments, including preparing payment instructions and coordinating with related parties (banks, brokers, internal finance). Perform reconciliation of stock transaction data with reports from brokers and custodian banks. Prepare and monitor the realization of investment budgets in accordance with the RKAP (Company Work Plan and Budget). Assist in preparing RKAP realization reports and monitor budget deviations. Archive transaction documents and ensure proper and well-organized documentation. Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Accounting, Legal) regarding administrative and payment processes for stock transactions. Support internal and external audit processes related to stock transaction documents and budgets. Perform other administrative tasks related to company investment and financial activities.
