Manage procurement process (order to documentation) Coordinate with suppliers & forwarders for shipment until arrival Handle import/clearance documentation & insurance Liaise with other depts (Sales, Finance, CS, Warehouse) Prepare cost calculations & reports Monitor inventory (stock in/out/transfer) and ensure accuracy
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
Min Diploma degree from reputable university Min. 2 years’ experience in procurement Strong analytical skills & Excel proficiency Good communication & negotiation skills (English required) Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines Fast learner with strong follow-up skills Team player, adaptable in fast-paced environment
