Supervise daily purchasing activities including processing Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO). Ensure timely procurement of materials, packaging, spare parts, and services required by all departments. Coordinate and monitor Export-Import (EXIM) activities handled by EXIM Staff, including shipment schedules, documentation, and customs clearance processes. Ensure all purchasing and EXIM documentation (PO, invoice, packing list, PIB/PEB, etc.) are accurate and complete. Coordinate with suppliers and forwarders to ensure on-time delivery and proper handling of shipments. Monitor order status and follow up on delayed or problematic deliveries. Ensure purchased materials meet required specifications in coordination with QC and warehouse. Support supplier evaluation processes and maintain updated supplier data. Assist in price comparison, cost analysis, and negotiation preparation. Identify operational issues in purchasing or EXIM processes and propose corrective actions. Coordinate closely with warehouse, production, and finance to ensure smooth material flow and payment processes. Supervise and guide Purchasing Staff and EXIM Staff in daily operations. Prepare operational reports related to purchasing activities, delivery status, and EXIM performance. Ensure compliance with company procedures, policies, and applicable regulations.
