Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, system/OA software, NAS, printers/MFP, backup systems, and other IT equipment Troubleshoot network issues within a Windows domain environment, including TCP/IP, Active Directory, wireless access points, firewalls, routers, and switches Manage and support corporate email systems (Exchange Server, Outlook, Mobile ActiveSync) Perform system administration for various servers Maintain and update hardware and software inventory records Evaluate, recommend, and implement IT initiatives to enhance operational efficiency Supervise contractors and conduct site surveys for infrastructure-related projects, including telecommunications, machinery, networking, IoT, and IT equipment Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior
