Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as Chemical/Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Food Technology, Biotechnology (Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply) Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, preferably within the coating, plastic, food, homecare, cosmetic industries min experience 2 years or fresh graduate with willing to learn Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric approach Proficiency in consultative selling techniques and the ability to provide tailored solutions Familiarity with industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and thrive in a team-oriented setting
