
Acquire new customers through direct visits and/or calls. Develop business opportunities with existing customers. Prepare and maintain account profiling. Handle sales administration tasks (Salesforce updates, follow-up on purchase orders with vendors, project monitoring, invoice follow-up, and accounts receivable). Build and maintain good relationships with customers, principals, and internal Metrodata teams. Understand and comply with Metrodata procedures. Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
Bachelor’s Degree (S1) Minimum 1 year of experience in direct and/or indirect sales. Good communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset. Able to work under pressure.
