Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods Ensure inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock control and audits Lead, manage, and supervise warehouse teams to ensure efficiency and productivity Optimize warehouse layout to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency Develop, implement, and enforce SOPs to ensure smooth and standardized operations Monitor inbound and outbound processes to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment Coordinate with cross-functional teams (logistics, purchasing, sales, etc.) to support business operations Analyze warehouse performance and prepare regular reports Identify process improvements and drive continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with safety, security, and housekeeping standards within the warehouse
