Identify new business opportunities and drive sales through proactive outreach, networking, and market mapping. Conduct regular product presentations, seasonal updates, and capability pitches. Collaborate internally with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Achieve sales targets, KPIs, and margin objectives.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales/Business Development OR a senior merchandising background with strong commercial drive. Solid understanding of the sourcing ecosystem and key players in HK/GBA. Strong communication skills; good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Outgoing, confident, and proactive “hunter” mindset; comfortable with outreach, pitching, and new client acquisition. Candidates with more experience will be considered for Sales Manager.
