
Recruitment & Training Identify and report manpower requirements, including preparation for recruitment processes. Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including preparing reports on test results and interviews of selected candidates. Prepare employment contracts for new hires and employees approaching the end of their contract period. Conduct employee performance evaluations, including for new employees. Develop, evaluate, and report training programs, including trainer performance, training materials, post-training evaluations, and training ROI to the supervisor. Maintain and organize employee files and documents in accordance with proper filing systems. Payroll Handle end-to-end payroll processes accurately and in a timely manner. Operate HRIS (payroll module) and manage payroll-related data. Perform payroll data analysis and prepare payroll reports. Manage BPJS administration. Handle payroll-related cases outside the main scope when required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology (for Recruitment & Training) or Accounting / Financial Management (for Payroll). Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR, preferably in Payroll and/or Recruitment & Training. Proven experience in handling employee training programs is a plus. Proficient in HRIS (especially payroll module). Strong data analysis and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experienced in administering psychological assessment tools is a plus. Having strong communication and negotiation skills. Detail-oriented, proactive, resilient, and able to work under tight deadlines. Demonstrates integrity, discipline, and strong sense of responsibility.
