Design and optimize delivery routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Ensure on-time delivery through close coordination with logistics vendors. Monitor and analyze cost per drop and overall distribution performance. Lead investigations and corrective actions for delivery delays or deviations. Oversee stock management, including regular audits across warehouse locations. Develop and standardize inventory tracking SOPs and reporting processes. Collaborate with Finance and Planning to maintain healthy stock levels. Manage 3PL vendors, including performance reviews, KPIs, and SLAs. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and cold chain standards. Drive continuous improvement through structured problem-solving and data tracking.
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field. 5–8 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations. Proven experience managing 3PL vendors and logistics partners. Strong understanding of inventory management and distribution operations. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions. Experience in building SOPs, KPIs, and operational processes. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills. Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
