Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or related field — required. Minimum 1 years of experience in IT Helpdesk / Infrastructure (IT Support). Minimum 2 years of experience as Full Stack Developer (IT Full Stack Developer). 4+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering or a closely related field (IT Data Engineer). Preferably have worked in a Hospital. Familiar with Odoo software. Proficient in building and maintaining complex pipelines using Python. Strong analytical mindset with attention to data quality and pipeline reliability. Ability to work cross-functionally with clinicians, IT teams, and business analysts. Clear written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia & English. Self-directed with ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams. Comfortable operating in a regulated, patient-safety-sensitive environment.
