
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets inwith company objectives. Develop marketing strategies for IVD (In Vitro Diagnostic) products. Analyze data and prepare regular performance reports. Conducts regular customer visits, build and maintain strong relationship with existing clients while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to customers, clearly communicating product value and benefits. Prepare and deliver periodic sales reports, including performance analysis and market feedback.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Pharmacy). 2–5 years of experience in sales or marketing roles in pharmaceutical or medical device industry. Demonstrates strong knowledge of IVD’s products and market trends. Target-driven, pro-active, and able to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams. Basic data analysis and reporting skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Highly adaptable, with strong time management skills and a flexible mindset.
