Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the consumer electronics or a related industry, with a track record of exceeding targets Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers, partners, and internal teams Demonstrated leadership experience, including the ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform strategic decision-making Thorough understanding of the North Sulawesi market, including competitors, industry trends, and customer needs Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
