GPA 3,00) Min. 2-5 years of working experience as HR Officer Deep knowledge in HR roles (handling recruitment process from screening and sourcing, interview process, review psychological report, partnership with university etc until onboarding, and doing all HR administrative-employee relations) Familiar with job portal website/apps from creating job advertisement until creating talent pool Excellent in communications skills, interpersonal skills, able to work individual and in a team Well-organized, attention to details, fast learner Fluent in english, able to speak mandarin will be plus point Live in Semarang and able to join as soon as possible
