
Responsible for achieving targets by proper utilization of allocated resources in South Sulawesi. Build and grow relationships with merchants on a regional level to ensure excellent execution for event, visibility, and sales improvement. Provide feedback on competition on-field execution and escalate point for any issues faced by merchants Constantly ensure that merchants understand the Kredivo value proposition & how we help drive AOV & sales. Set up & coach sales team from promoter level until leader to be a high performer. Manage low attrition. Plan quarterly/monthly/weekly targets, and set targets for Area Sales Leaders, Sales Executives, and Sales Promoters. Plan, review, monitor, and evaluate sales performance. Ensures that all team members company’ and follow ethical business practices
Minimum a bachelor degree Minimum 5 years of experience in sales/commercial, especially Fintech or Retail (prefrerably gadget/electronics). Familiar with South Sulawesi area. Having a dynamic and agile personality. Willing to be placed in Makassar. Able to move fast, learn quickly and execute well i.e fit into a high growth start-up. Proven ability in handling offline activation and sales projects. Having skills on Presentation and Excel. Willing to travel.
