• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to offering) • Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews • Coordinate with hiring managers on hiring needs • Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports • Ensure hiring targets are met • Support simple employee development programs (e.g., sharing sessions, internal training initiatives)
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, or related field • 2–3 years of experience in recruitment (familiar with development will be point plus) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Target-driven and able to meet deadlines • Familiar with recruitment tools/platforms • Detail-oriented and well-organized
