
Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with B2B clients across the flavour, fragrance, and chemical sectors. Conduct regular client visits, technical discussions, product presentations, and follow-ups to achieve sales targets and identify new opportunities. Work closely with customers to understand formulation needs, application challenges, and regulatory or quality requirements, and propose suitable product solutions. Coordinate with internal technical, R&D, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure accurate product matching, sampling, and timely delivery. Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, pipeline development, customer projects, and target achievement. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business strategy and portfolio development.
Minimum Diploma or bachelor’s degree (D3/S1) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, or other related fields is an advantage (open to all majors). Minumum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the flavour, fragrance, chemical, food ingredients, or related industries. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and commercial manner. Professional, confident, and well-presented, capable of representing the company to corporate and industrial clients. Target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented, with solid negotiation and relationship-building skills. Willing to travel regularly for client visits, factory visits, and business development activities.
