Warehouse & Logistic Officer
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Handle receiving, storage, and distribution processes in compliance with GMP standards. Verify product details (batch number, expiry date, and condition) and ensure full traceability. Manage shipment processes, including preparation, packing, and coordination, including urgent deliveries. Maintain logistics documentation, such as Delivery Orders, checklists, and logbooks. Monitor stock levels and storage conditions, including cold chain requirements, to ensure inventory accuracy. Support CAPA processes and assist in deviation handling.
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Pharmacy or a related field Basic understanding of warehouse and logistics processes is required. Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) is an advantage. Knowledge of cold chain handling and temperature monitoring is preferred. Understanding of GMP/GDP is a plus. Detail-oriented, responsible, and demonstrates high integrity. Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
