
Managing core HR functions and its activities. Develop, implement, and assess competency development through learning strategies and training programs. Oversee daily operations of HRIS. Assist, coordinate, and collaborate with other departments and/or subsidiaries and/or affiliates. Managing related HR administrative works.
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Minimum 5 years of work experience in HR, with 3 years in supervisory role. Profound knowledge of HR planning and activities, and employment regulations. Proven experience in talent acquisition, learning & development, and performance management. Excellent supervisory skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
