Oversee financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with FRS/GAAP and regulatory standards Manage tax planning and compliance, including coordination with authorities and external advisors Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide insights for decision-making Maintain strong internal controls, risk management, and support audit processes Lead, develop, and manage Finance, Accounting, and Tax teams to achieve targets Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning and business growth
