Kualifikasi Pekerjaan

Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Management, Business Administration or similar discipline with at least 2 or 3 years of experience in office administration. Strong administration skills with some experience of some or most of the following areas: customer service; account management; service excellent. Good written and verbal communication in English and strong interpersonal skills in order to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders. Good knowledge and skills in customer service excellence and committed to the highest standards of excellence in knowledge, practice and professional responsibility. Highly motivated and proactive individual able to work to strict deadlines, with strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills Good computer literacy ( Microsoft Office and Google suite)
