Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Marketing, Communication, Economic, or any relevant major with min, GPA 3.00 1–2 years of experience in marketing, market research or related areas. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market research and consumer behavior insights into actionable strategies. Familiarity with FMCG industry dynamics is a strong plus.
