Responsible for managing IT operations including installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of systems, networks, and servers. Ensure systems run securely and efficiently, while leading the IT Support team to support business operations.
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure/Support Strong knowledge of networking, servers, and troubleshooting Familiar with Mikrotik, CCTV, Access Control, and cloud platforms Basic scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python) are a plus Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to be on-call
