· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline · Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, with latest role as Supervisor (SPV) or equivalent · Proven track record in handling complex B2B or project-based sales · Strong exposure to multi-stakeholder sales environment · Hands-on experience in managing sales operations (pipeline, forecasting, performance tracking) · Background from industries with similar business complexity and technical characteristics · Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills · Highly driven, resilient, and target-oriented
