
Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets. Lead, coach, and drive performance of the sales and key account teams. Strengthen relationships with hospitals, OBGYNs, and key medical stakeholders. Drive both B2B and B2C commercial initiatives. Oversee sales operations, territory planning, and sales effectiveness programs. Partner closely with Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations to optimize customer journey. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform strategic decisions. Ensure sales governance, reporting accuracy, and compliance with quality standards. Lead customer activation initiatives including hospital programs and medical engagement activities.
Bachelor’s degree or above. Proven leadership experience in sales within the healthcare, life sciences, or healthcare insurance industry. Strong exposure to hospital channels and medical stakeholders. Demonstrated success managing both B2B and B2C business models. Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare ecosystem. Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering sales growth. Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership capabilities. High level of personal drive, adaptability, and continuous growth mindset. Comfortable operating in a dynamic and target-driven environment. Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Preferred Background: Life sciences or healthcare-related industry experience. Familiarity working with OBGYNs and hospital networks. Experience leading nationwide sales teams.
