Manage end-to-end recruitment process for retail positions (SPG, store crew, etc.) Ensure timely fulfillment of manpower needs across multiple store locations Coordinate closely with store and operational teams regarding workforce planning Handle employee administration (employment contracts, employee data, attendance, etc.) Monitor employee discipline and attendance across stores Manage onboarding and offboarding processes Maintain accurate and well-organized HR documentation and database Support implementation of HR policies and procedures Assist in handling employee-related issues at store level
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Law, or related field Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HR, preferably in retail / FMCG / F&B chain Proven experience in mass hiring and handling multi-location workforce Strong understanding of HR operational processes and employee administration Familiar with retail workforce dynamics (shift system, high turnover, store operations) Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work under pressure Strong communication and coordination skills Is a hands-on executor, not only administrative Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Has strong ownership in managing recruitment and HR operations Is able to handle multi-store operations and high employee volume
