At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues at all levels Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and data A team player with a positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
