
Manage and monitor retail and brand sales matrices, including trend analysis and performance evaluation across stores, customers, and product categories in alignment with overall brand strategies Lead all sales planning activities by working closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Retail Operations, and Supply Chain) to ensure clear alignment and seamless execution Develop comprehensive, actionable reports and dashboards that highlight key business trends, risks, and opportunities for performance improvement Conduct regular in-depth sales reviews from multiple perspectives, distill key insights, and present findings to support management decision-making Prepare detailed sales reports and performance analysis to identify opportunities and recommend strategic action plans Leverage business analytics tools to provide valuable sales insights, monitor KPIs, and drive performance across the business
Minimum 7-8 years of relevant experience in sales planning, sales operations, or business analysis Proven track record in the Beauty Industry or Luxury Retail is essential Strong business acumen with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Highly proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
