
Manage end-to-end sales process for project-based logistics opportunities, from prospecting, understanding customer needs, solution development, pricing, negotiation, to deal closure Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities while expanding market share within targeted industries such as Oil & Gas, EPC, and Mining/Energy (upstream) Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders to support sustainable business growth Analyze customer requirements and develop tailored logistics solutions, including cost calculation, pricing strategy, and preparation of commercial proposals Prepare and present commercial proposals, lead contract negotiations, and draft Service Level Agreements (SLA) aligned with customer and company requirements Coordinate closely with internal teams (operations, engineering, procurement, and related stakeholders) to ensure feasibility, efficiency, and smooth execution of project delivery Handle project-based logistics requirements, including specialized shipments and multimodal transportation (land, sea, and air) Monitor and manage sales pipeline and performance to ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets through proactive follow-ups and opportunity tracking Prepare regular reports on sales performance, project progress, forecasting, and outstanding or pending billing Provide insights, recommendations, and innovative approaches to improve sales performance, overcome challenges, and drive business growth Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication, problem-solving, and a consultative selling approach
Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any major, preferably Engineering or related technical background Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics sales, with strong exposure to project cargo / heavy equipment handling Proven experience handling clients and projects in industries such as: Oil & Gas Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) Power, Energy & Mining (especially upstream activities: exploration & production) Strong knowledge of logistics operations, including: Multimodal transportation (land, sea, air) Technical handling of heavy lift / OOG cargo (>500kg) Route survey, port capability, crane capacity, vessel suitability, and transport feasibility Strong analytical skills in costing, pricing strategy, and forecasting analysis Experienced in contract negotiation and project-based sales cycle Demonstrated ability to develop sales strategies and solve complex customer challenges Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Target-driven, proactive, and highly motivated in sales environment
