Manage the full recruitment cycle, including manpower planning, job posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and probation evaluation. Maintain and update employee records, contracts, attendance, leave management, and payroll-related data through HRIS. Operate and optimize HRIS systems, especially Mekari Talenta, for employee database management and HR reporting. Support payroll preparation by ensuring attendance, overtime, leave, and employee benefit data accuracy. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and company regulations. Handle employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, warning letters, and conflict resolution professionally. Coordinate employee performance appraisal and KPI evaluation processes. Organize training programs, employee engagement activities, and internal communication initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies and Indonesian manpower regulations. Prepare HR reports, analytics, and monthly HR dashboards for management review. Support organizational development initiatives and continuous HR process improvement.
