Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve company targets in international markets Identify and expand new business opportunities overseas Conduct market research and analysis to understand trends, competitors, and potential customers in export markets Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients and Handle end-to-end export sales process, including negotiation, quotation, and contract management Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery Represent the company in international trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management Stay adaptable to market changes and continuously seek improvement in sales strategies

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Public Relations, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in export sales and marketing Proven experience in market research and analysis, particularly in export markets Experience in selling footwear to export and overseas markets Strong adaptability and flexibility to respond to changing market conditions and business needs Willingness to travel internationally to meet clients and attend trade shows or industry events Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Fluent in English (both written and spoken); Mandarin proficiency is a plus
