Finance Management Develop and manage financial plans, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections. Monitor company financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to management. Analyze financial data and prepare management reports for decision-making purposes. Ensure effective internal controls and financial risk management practices. Accounting Management Oversee daily accounting operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations. Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing. Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards. Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors when necessary. Maintain proper accounting documentation and records. Tax Management Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations. Prepare, review, and submit corporate tax reports and filings accurately and on time. Handle tax planning, tax audits, and communication with tax authorities. Monitor changes in tax regulations and assess their impact on the business. Manage VAT, withholding tax, corporate income tax, and other related tax obligations.
