
Perform maintenance and repair of computers, printers, and networks to ensure the company's IT system runs optimally. Provide support for POS applications at outlets. Manage and monitor network connections, including Mikrotik configuration, firewalls, and bandwidth management. Install, configure, and update software and operating systems on work devices. Handle and document troubleshooting related to hardware, software, and the company's internal network. Prepare and maintain the infrastructure for all branch outlets.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience as IT Support or a similar technical position. Basic knowledge of networking concepts such as LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN. Experience in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT equipment (PCs, laptops, printers). Understanding of databases and queries.
