
Assist in the day-to-day activities of the department assigned, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and on time. Provide administrative support including scheduling appointments, preparing documents and reports, and maintaining files and records. Maintain records such as but not limited to clients’ database, contracts, purchase orders, and invoices. Communicate with other departments within the organization as needed to ensure that projects are on track and deadlines are met. Other tasks that may be so assigned within the area of the Administrative function.
Education: Graduate of any 4 year course. Experience: At least one year work experience Special Skills: Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, Zoom, Google Applications; Proficiency with office applications, and, aptitude for learning new software and systems; Detail-oriented; Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
