Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned geographical area Engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring the best possible outcomes for both the company and the client Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing excellent post-sales support and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns Contribute to the company's overall sales and revenue goals by consistently meeting or exceeding individual targets Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and optimise sales strategies

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan

Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Elevator Business Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build trust with clients Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tailor solutions to meet client needs Proficiency in using sales-related software and tools to track, manage, and report on sales activities Familiarity with the Jakarta Raya market and a good understanding of the local business landscape A self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for exceeding sales targets
