Able to perform system performance analysis and provide optimization solutions. Have experience in IPPBX and Telephony areas. Mastering Linux operating system administration (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL) and Windows Server (AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS). Familiar with virtualization technology (VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox). Experience in cloud server management (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform). Expertise in basic networking (TCP/IP, routing, firewall, VPN). Understand the concept of High Availability (HA), Load Balancing, Clustering, and Disaster Recovery. Mastering automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef. Experience in monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, Prometheus) and backup solutions. Scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell, Python) for automation of administrative tasks. Expertise in IT infrastructure security (firewall, IDS/IPS, endpoint security). Minimum 5 years of experience in the same field.
